JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of the aforesaid two petitions as the same are arising out of the same FIR.

(2.) The present petition along with connected petition has been filed under Sec. 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.179 dated 23.12.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22 of Narcotic Drugs & Pscyhotropic Substance Act (for short, "NDPS") at Police Station PAU, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.
