JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Sec. 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.163 dtd. 26/5/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 420, 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Zirakpur, SAS Nagar Mohali.
