(1.) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 482 dated 04.10.2017, registered under Sections 306 IPC, Police Station Rai, District Sonipat.
(2.) Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017 and investigation is over and challan has been presented. Counsel contends that the FIR has been registered under Section 306 IPC but there are no specific allegations and vague allegations have been made that the petitioner used to stalk and pass obscene comments. It was urged that there was no earlier complaint and Kalu had made a statement that the parents of the petitioner were not called by him.
(3.) The State counsel states that Panchayat had taken place as the petitioner was not heeding to the advice of the elders. State was asked to inform the date on which the Panchayat was held. The police officials present in Court are unable to give the date the Panchayat was held.
