(2.) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No.30 dated 27.01.2016 registered at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana under Sections 304-B and 120-B of IPC.

(3.) The first application bearing CRM-M-44790 of 2016 was dismissed on 02.2017 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court and the trial Court was directed to expedite the trial.
