JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRM- 8695-2018. Application is allowed as prayed for and Annexures P-3 and P- 4 is taken on record. CRM-M No -7897 of 2018.

(2.) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No.144 dated 12.09.2017 registered at Police Station Sector 19, Chandigarh under Section 306 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2017 and the allegations are false and the wife was suffering from depression and anxiety and she was getting medical treatment and the couple had been married for 9 years and they were living in a rented accommodation and the landlord has also made a statement. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has never travelled abroad and the passport had been deposited with the police.
