JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for parties and perused the pleadings.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for Improvement Trust stated that after award was passed on 25.5.2007, petitioners-landowners have already received compensation amounts, thus, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

(3.) AS regards controversy in respect of Khasra No. 17550/9783-min and Khasra No. 17551/9783-min, they are in the ownership of Harbilas son of Batna Ram vide Annexure P-7. Contrary to assertion of learned counsel for petitioners, learned counsel for Improvement Trust submitted that petitioners Ashok Kumar and Swaran Ram have already received the compensation amounts. Further at the time of release of compensation amount, they did not take any objection to the payment. We do not find any infirmity in acquisition proceedings; therefor, this writ petition dismissed. Petition dismissed.
