JUDGEMENT

(1.) MR . Subhash Jindal, Advocate, appearing for respondent Piare Lal states that the matter was remanded by this Court to learned Special Judge, Sangrur. The present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 5.5.1999 passed by learned Special Judge, Sangrur, whereby proceedings against Piare Lal accused were dropped. It is stated in the case, trial stood concluded on 14.9.2007 and Piare Lal accused -respondent has been acquitted of the charges framed against him. Counsel has also placed on record uncertified copy of the judgment of learned Special Judge, Sangrur.

(2.) IN view of the statement made, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous.
