(2.) WE need not to go into the details of this case as the impugned complaint already stands quashed by this Court vide order dated October 9, 2002 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 21897 -M of 1997 filed by Jai Shri Agro Industries (P) Ltd.

(3.) CONSEQUENTLY , this petition is allowed. The complaint dated 9.3.1996 attached at Annexure P -3 and all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the said complaint are ordered to be quashed qua the petitioner also. Petition allowed.
