JUDGEMENT

(1.) The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 22.7.2002, Annexure P-3, whereby the services of the petitioner were terminated by the respondents.

(2.) Earlier, the petitioner invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court by filing the Civil Writ Petition No.5561 of 2005 which was withdrawn on 5.4.2005 when the following order was passed;

(3.) Thereafter, the petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court again on 21.2.2006 by filing the present writ petition. It is the case of the petitioner that she has submitted a legal notice dated 7.5.2005 and reply thereto has been given on 7.8.2005, therefore, the petitioner has availed her remedy as sought in the order dated 5.4.2005.
