JUDGEMENT

(1.) The dispute in this revision petition falls within a narrow compass.

(2.) The petitioner-Gram Panchayat filed a suit for declaration that the suit property was reserved for common purposes and, therefore, its management and control vested in the Gram Panchayat. The respondents contested the aforementioned assertion.

(3.) The learned trial Court framed issue No.3, which reads as follows :-
