JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is not disputed that the appellants have particularly undergone imprisonment for more than 3 years in jail. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the sentence awarded to the appellants is suspended during the pendency of this appeal and the appellants be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the CJM, Ludhiana.
