JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE affidavit of Sub -Inspector Kundan Singh Station House Officer of police station Dhariwal shows that Nirvair Singh, Kanwar Singh and Santokh Singh have been arrested in a case of FIR No. 61 dated 22.4.1987 and Tarsem Singh in case of FIR No. 70 dated 10.5.1987. Evidently, therefore, the alleged detenue are not in illegal custody of the police. This petition is, therefore, dismissed. Petition dismissed.
