JUDGEMENT

(1.) By notification dated 21.12.1977 under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'the Act'), the State of Punjab acquired 13 Kanals 18 Marlas of land in the revenue estates of village Basti Bawa Khel and slightly less than 12 acres in village Peer Dad Khan for industrial Focal Point. BY award dated 27.3.1980 the Land Acquisition Collector fixed the market price as follows :-

(3.) Since all these cases arise out of the same acquisition proceedings, they are being disposed of by this common judgment.
