JUDGEMENT

(1.) Reply by way of short affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 4 filed in Court is taken on record. It is stated that the amount of medical reimbursement has been credited to the Saving Bank Account No. 55114319099, State Bank of Patiala Branch Bathinda of the petitioner on 19.4.2017.

(3.) It comes out that the medical reimbursement bill was sanctioned on 22.4.2015 to the extent of Rs. 2,08,284/-. However, the same was paid on 19.4.2017. It was not being honoured by the Treasury.
