JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., 1973 for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.330 dated 16.08.2017 under Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station K.U.K., District Kurukshetra.
