JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this application is to condone delay of 277 days in filing the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, which is supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed and delay of 277 days in filing the appeal is condoned. C.M. No. 8692-C of 2015

(3.) Plaintiff is in regular second appeal against concurrent findings of fact, dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiff for specific performance of agreement to sell dated 29.10.2005.
