JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition for grant of pre-arrest bail has been filed by the petitioner - Mahesh Arora, an accused in FIR No. 365 dated 16.5.2017, under Sections 15 and 16 of NDPS Act, registered with Police Station City, Sirsa, District Sirsa.

(2.) Learned State counsel informs that in pursuance of direction issued vide order dated 7.6.2017 although the petitioner has joined the investigation but had not got effected the recovery of money.
