JUDGEMENT

(1.) Initially, this petition was filed by the father of a minor girl for seeking termination of pregnancy of her daughter (who was allegedly raped), which was declined by the Board of Directors of the SHKM Government Medical College, Nalhar, Mewat, on the ground that gestational age of the foetus is of 23+2 weeks.
