JUDGEMENT

(1.) A short reply of Sh. Rajeev Dudeja, Secretary (Legal) of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, has been filed in Court today by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.

(2.) In this petition, the petitioner seeks to be called for an interview in the selection process for appointment of Staff Nurses, on the ground that if the marks that are available to her for the experience she has gained, in terms of the criteria fixed by the respondent-Commission itself, are added to the marks obtained in the written examination, she would have more marks than the last candidate called for an interview in the BC 'A' category.

(3.) Learned counsel cites the judgment of this Court in Subhash Chander and others vs. Haryana Staff Selection Commission (CWP No. 18921 of 2017 and other connected cases), decided on 14.09.2017, to substantiate his contention.
