(3.) The petitioner was the Lambardar of village Kakkar, Tehsil Ajnala, District Amritsar. He has been removed from his post by the Collector, Amritsar vide order dated 18.2013 and his appeal and revision filed against the said order before the Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar and before the Financial Commissioner, Punjab have also been dismissed vide order dated 05.4.2016 and 08.2.2017 respectively.
