PREM CHAND Vs. FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal directed against the judgment of the learned Single Judge dated 23.4.2016 vide which the choice of the Collector in the matter of appointment of Lambardar of village Raipur, Tehsil Ballabgarh, District Faridabad was upheld.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant contends that the District Collector did not notice the merits of the appellant and gave one sided opinion.

(3.) We have perused the order of the Collector as well and do not find any such error. The merits of both the candidates as also their education have been faithfully recorded and in conclusion, he found respondent No. 4 to be a better candidate.
