JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is not in dispute that the Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies passed the award which reads as under:-

(2.) An execution petition was filed. The Cooperative House Building Society filed objections. The aforesaid objections were dismissed by the learned Executing Court by recording as under:-

(3.) This order has been challenged before this Court in a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
