(1.) The petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.10.2017 passed by Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Fatehgarh Sahib. The application filed under Order 6, Rule 17 CPC seeking amendment of the plaint had been dismissed.

(2.) A copy of the plaint has been placed on record.

(3.) I have heard counsel for the petitioner at great length.
