JUDGEMENT

(1.) By this common judgment, I shall be disposing of the above mentioned Regular Second Appeals as both the appeal arise from the same suit.

(2.) Plaintiff is in Regular Second Appeals against the judgment passed by the Additional District Judge, Karnal.
