JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under section 439 the Cr.P.C , 1973 seeking bail in case FIR No. 169 dated 03.07.2015 registered under Section 302, 323 and 148 read with Section 149 IPC at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

(2.) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has instructions to withdraw the present bail application filed on behalf of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, namely Jangir Singh and Gurdev Singh.

(3.) Dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner Nos. 2 and 3.
