JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Sec. 439 Crimial P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.33 dated 15.02.2017 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC; Sec. 13 of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act, 2014 and Sec. 24 of Immigration Act at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

(3.) The petitioner was arrested in this FIR on 15.02.2017 and since then he is in jail.
