(2.) THE Petitioner Harbans Kaur seeks regular bail pending trial for the offences under Sections 306 and 34 IPC. The FIR in the case has been registered on the statement of Manjit Kaur, who is working as temporary Sweepers in the office of District Attorney, Faridkot. The son of the complainant, namely, Lakhwinder Singh was married to Paramjit Kaur for the last three years. Her daughter -in -law Paramjit Kaur was staying with her parents after she has differences with the complainant Manjit Kaur. Lakhwinder Singh, the son of the complainant was staying at the house of his in -laws during night. In the morning, he used to go for labour work. Lakhwinder Singh on 29.4.2007 went to the house of his in -laws where he quarreled with his wife Paramjit Kaur, mother -in -law Harbans Kaur (Petitioner) and Veerpal Kaur, sister of Paramjit Kaur. Therefore, Lakhwinder Singh being fed up committed suicide by taking poison.
(3.) IN the circumstances, the Petitioner on her furnishing personal bond and surety to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot shall be admitted to bail.
