JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE wife is petitioner before this Court. She has prayed that a petition filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court at Jalandhar be transferred to Ferozepur inasmuch as, some other litigations are pending between the parties at Ferozepur Court.

(2.) SHRI Ashok Aneja, the learned Counsel appearing for the husband respondent does not dispute the fact that the some other litigation is already pending between the parties at Ferozepur.

(3.) THE parties shall appear before the learned District Judge, Ferozepur on March 5, 2007. The learned District Judge, Ferozepur shall allocate the aforesaid proceedings to the Court of competent jurisdiction.
