JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has sought transfer of petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the respondent-husband on 23-01-2007 at Kapurthala to Ludhiana where she has filed a petition under Section 9 of the Act on 30-10-2006.

(2.) IN terms of Section 21-A of the Act, petitions under Sections 9 and 13 are required to be decided by the same Court.

(3.) PARTIES are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Ludhiana on 29-10-2007. Petition allowed.
