(2.) PRAYER in this writ petition is to quash letter dated 26.6.2006 (Annexure P/8), vide which, revenue authorities were directed by respondent No.2, not to effect any change in mutation with regard to the property, in dispute. Further prayer is to quash letter dated 3.7.2006 (Annexure P/9), vide which, the direction given earlier, was reiterated. It is not in dispute that on the basis of a complaint against the petitioner, enquiry was initiated by respondent No.2, which is still pending.
