IT has been pointed out that the order dated 19.02.2007 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal (Annexure P-5), is an appealable order under Section 18 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 before Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Therefore, we relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing an appeal. IT is made clear that the filing of this petition and passing of any order shall not cause any prejudice to the appellate authority. Dismissed.
