(2.) LEARNED counsel for the applicant contends that vide order dated September 20,2005, passed by this Court, appeal filed by the Insurer, has been accepted and as such, the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court on February 19,2005, is now liable to be refunded to the applicant.
