JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition seeks a direction for refund of fee.

(2.) Case of the petitioner is that she was admitted to BDS in the year 2006 and she paid fee for that purpose. However, she got admission to MBBS course and She secured the BDS seat. She thereafter sought refund of the fee on the ground that the seat had already been given to some other student but this claim was rejected.

(3.) Notice was issued to the University but no reply has been filed.
