JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE main ground on which the ejectment petition was contested before the Rent Controller and the appellate Authority was that respondent No. 1 Kundan Lal had taken the premises on rent from the petitioner and he had sublet the same to respondent No. 2.

(2.) THE ejectment petition had been dismissed by the Rent Controller and the appeal filed by the present petitioner against the order of the Rent Controller was dismissed by the Appellate Authority, Kapurthala on 25.10.1990.

(3.) KUNDAN Lal, respondent in this case had stated that he was cashier of the society and the premises were taken for the society.
