JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition is directed against the order dated 29.3.2007, passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amritsar, closing the evidence of the petitioner/plaintiff. The learned trial Court closed the evidence of the petitioner/plaintiff after granting various opportunities including the last opportunities.

(2.) LEARNED counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that one opportunity may be granted to the petitioner/plaintiff to lead its entire evidence. Though, there is no infirmity in the impugned order, however, in the interest of justice, one last opportunity is allowed to the petitioner/plaintiff to produce entire evidence. The trial Court shall fix a date for leading evidence by the petitioner/plaintiff and if the plaintiff fails to produce the entire evidence on the said date, the impugned order shall become operative.

(3.) A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff duly authenticated by the Reader of this Court. Order accordingly.
