JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) THE entire controversy involved between the parties revolves around the platform of territorial jurisdiction. By virtue of the impugned order dated 7.2.2007, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jagadhri recorded a finding on the preliminary issue, which runs as under : " Whether Civil Court of Yamuna Nagar has territorial jurisdiction or not ?"

(3.) AGGRIEVED against the order, the present petitioner has knocked the door of this Court by filing the present revision petition.
