ONE Shyama Devi sent a telegram to this court on 16.12.2006 alleging therein that her three relatives, namely Sanjay, Jai Ram and Tulsi were illegally picked up by the CIA Staff, Panipat, on 18.10.2006 at 6.00 A.M., from Jahangirpur, Delhi, without taking assistance of Delhi Police. Pursuant to the notice issued, reply by way of affidavit of Inspector, CIA Staff-I, Panipat has been filed, in which it has been stated that the aforesaid allegations are totally false and CIA Staff, Panipat, did not pick up the aforesaid persons from Delhi on the said date. It has been stated that the allegations are totally false and fabricated. In view of the aforesaid reply, no further direction is required to be issued in this case. Dismissed.
