JUDGEMENT

(1.) Plaintiffs are the petitioners before this Court. An application filed by them for issuance of an ad-interim injunction was allowed by the trial court but on an appeal filed by the defendants, the order of the trial court has been reversed.

(2.) The appellate court has observed that the exact location of the pahi is not determined from the file inasmuch as the plaintiffs have not filed any site plan along with the plaint showing the exact location of the pahi and through which khasra number the aforesaid pahi passes nor the width thereof is indicated.

(3.) Nothing has been shown that the findings recorded by the first appellate court suffer from any infirmity or are contrary to the record. Dismissed.
