JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No. 57 dated 5.6.1995 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 382, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur.

(2.) THE above-stated FIR was registered on the statement of respondent No. 2 (Kartar Singh).

(3.) THE petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR and all the subsequent proceedings arisen therefrom on the basis of above-stated compromise.
