JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE propose to dispose of these three appeals by this judgment.

(2.) NIRMAL Singh, Harpal Singh alias Bhalla, Rajwant Singh @ Raj Pal @ Raji and Nishan Singh have been convicted and sentenced by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, vide his judgment dated May 10, 1994 as under :-
