JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . It is ordered that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on her furnishing security bond of Rs. 10,000/ - with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala. The learned Additional Sessions Judge need not insist that the petitioner should produce surety who is residing in the Patiala District only. Recovery of fine is also stayed during the pendency of the appeal. The ordered of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, stands modified to this extent only. Petition accepted.
