JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD . The substance allegedly recovered from petitioner weights 1 Kg. and whether it is opium or not has yet to be reported by the Chemical Examiner. The petitioner was arrested about three months ago. In this situation, it is but fair that he be released on bail but on a heavier bail bond lest the substance turns out to be opium. Accordingly, he is ordered to be released on bail in sum of Rs. 50,000/ - with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ferozepur. Order accordingly.
