JUDGEMENT

(1.) Vide notification No. 3151-71/C, dated June 18, 1975, the State of Punjab requisitioned land measuring 413 Bighas and 12 Biswas.

(2.) Vide notification No. 39274-88/C, dated July 20, 1954, land measuring 190 bighas 12 biswas was requisitioned by the State of Punjab.

(3.) Vide notification Nos. 423946/C dated January 25, 1955, land measuring 107 bighas and 8 biswas was requistioned by the State of Punjab.
