JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the last date of hearing i.e. 6/2/2026, the following order was passed :-

(2.) Mr. Varun Sharma, Superintendent, Central Jail, Ferozepur, Punjab, is present in the Court and submits that the due salary of the petitioner has been released.

(3.) In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
