JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to issue 'No Objection Certificate' along with requisite documents to the petitioner for joining on the post of Senior Scientist on deputation basis in Haryana State Pollution Control Board, pursuant to the notification dtd. 14/11/2025 (Annexure P-1)

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation dtd. 28/11/2025 (Annexure P-3) submitted by him is decided by respondent No.2, by passing a speaking order, after affording an opportunity of hearing, in a time bound manner.
