JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner through instant petition under Sec. 528 of BNSS, 2023 is seeking directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to consider and decide representation dtd. 9/12/2025 (Annexure P-3) filed by petitioner in accordance with law.

(3.) On the asking of Court, Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh, Sr. DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State and assures that respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala would look into the representation dtd. 9/12/2025 (Annexure P-3).
