JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of the aforesaid two petitions; one filed in respect of the FIR bearing No.91, dated 27.7.2016, registered under Sections 452, 336, 323, 324, 148, 149, 506, 326(added later-on) of the IPC, at Police Station Khamano (Police Post Kheri Naudh Singh) District Fatehgarh Sahib, and another its cross version bearing DDR No.20, dated 28.7.2016, registered under Sections 326, 323, 324, 336, 506, 34, 336(added lateron), at Police Station Khamano.

(2.) Counsel for petitioner-Maninderjit Singh has accepted that Jasbir Kaur-petitioner (in CRM-M No.31192 of 2016) is dis-entitled for anticipatory bail, while her counsel has stated that he would also accept that petitioner-Maninderjit Singh (in CRM-M No.29763 of 2016) is disentitled for anticipatory bail.

(3.) The petition stands disposed of.
