The instant petition is directed against the order dated 22.04.2013 (Annexure P-21) passed by the Director General, Health Services Haryana whereby his claim for appointment to the post of Computer/Statistical Clerk has been rejected on the ground that his qualification i.e. Advance Diploma and Software Technology is not from a recognized institution.
