JUDGEMENT

(1.) CM Nos.8603 -04 -CI of 2013 Applicants, by way of these two applications, seek permission to bring on record the legal representatives of late Sh. Atma Singh -appellant No.1 and Smt. Harpal Kaur -appellant No.4, on the basis of the particulars given in the applications.

(2.) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, instant application is allowed, for the reasons stated therein, however, subject to all just exceptions. Amended memo of parties dated 03.06.2013 is also 1 of 2 permitted to be placed on record.
