JUDGEMENT

(1.) These two appeals are being taken up together as they arise out of the same FIR.

(2.) Both the appellants were convicted under Sec. 366 Penal Code and were sentenced to two years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.500.00 and in default of payment of fine to undergo further imprisonment for one month. Additionally accused Sham Sunder was convicted under Sec. 376 Penal Code and was sentenced to seven years imprisonment along with a fine of Rs.1,000.00. In default of payment of fine he was to further undergo rigorous imprisonment for three months. All the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
